Hamilton County Adult TASC: Court Clinic - 2/9/2019

Do you feel blue during short, cold days? Here are some tips: 1) socialize more - get out and about, 2) exercise - bundle up and take a brisk walk and, assuming it is sunny, you will receive a natural dose of vitamin D, 3) eat well and make sure your plate has lots of colors on it, 4) stay on schedule when you sleep. These are just a few ways to feel better when it is cold outside and the days are short. What do you do to "ward off the winter blues?"
