Addiction Services Council - 7/28/2026

Today, Together Tuesday Outreach took a break from our regular packing day and stepped out into the community to do what we do best—show up, connect, and offer hope.
Hope Under the Sun was more than just a resource event. It was neighbors helping neighbors, providers working side by side, families enjoying a meal, children laughing, and individuals connecting with resources that can truly change lives. Every conversation mattered. Every smile mattered. Every act of kindness reminded us that hope grows when a community comes together.
One of the highlights of the day was seeing so many smiling faces as we distributed back-to-school supplies to local children, helping them head into the new school year with confidence and the tools they need to succeed. There’s nothing better than seeing the excitement on a child’s face when they know their community believes in them.
A very special thank you to Potter House Recovery LLC and Potter House Hibachi for blessing our community with an incredible meal. The food was absolutely amazing, but what stood out even more was your team’s positivity and servant’s heart. Even while serving a large crowd, your staff remained calm, welcoming, and joyful. It was truly inspiring to watch.

When organizations come together instead of competing, lives are changed.
Collaboration > Competition.
Thank you to everyone who volunteered, attended, donated, and believed in the mission. Together Tuesday Outreach is more than packing resource bags—it’s about building relationships, restoring hope, and reminding our neighbors that they are seen, valued, and never alone.
Together, we are stronger. Together, we are hope.
