For some, Black History Month represents a time to remember and reflect on people who have made a difference, like Ruby Bridges and John Lewis, but for Marketing Coordinator Jesean Williams, he thinks about his peers' successes and how he can better himself.
Growing up in Cleveland's inner city, Jesean explains that his friends are going to school to become doctors and lawyers, which is something most don't see in his hometown.
He also thinks about his younger siblings and how he can continue to be a role model to his siblings and help guide them through life alongside his parents.
"Black history means for me just being better than yesterday," Jesean said.
Learn more about Jesean's story tomorrow!
