Together Tuesday was back out hitting the streets on this beautiful fall day!
Our outreach team and amazing partners distributed over 180 Resource Snack Packs, hygiene kits, harm reduction supplies, and—most importantly—sowed seeds of hope, love, and community throughout the city.
