 Together, We Make a Difference!

The Together Tuesday Outreach Program hit the streets on this beautiful fall day — distributing 150 Snack & Resource Bags, Harm Reduction Supplies, Hygiene Kits, Dog Treats for the pups, and most importantly — hope.

We were met with grateful hearts and countless reminders that we are truly better together.
