Despite some light rain today, the Together Tuesday Outreach Team hit the pavement and got the job done! We were able to distribute over 150 snack packs, along with hygiene kits, harm reduction supplies, and vital resources—but most importantly, we made meaningful connections and continued to collaborate with amazing partner agencies.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who has supported Together Tuesday over the past five years—whether through time, donations, walking alongside us, or simply showing up for the community we love. Your dedication helps us keep going, rain or shine.
