 Together Tuesday Outreach is on the move!

It’s been a busy and meaningful week for our Together Tuesday Outreach team!

Last week, our amazing volunteers and community partners came together to pack snack/resource bags and hygiene kits that will be distributed to individuals experiencing homelessness and those in need throughout our community. Every bag represents hope, compassion, and a reminder that someone cares.

Today, we continued our 2026 Field Trip Series with an incredible visit to DeCoach Recovery Centre! We are so grateful to their team for welcoming us and providing a tour of their facility at 1620 Harrison Road and their new Men’s House on Glenway Avenue, which serves individuals participating in their Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).

DeCoach offers a full continuum of recovery services, including withdrawal management, residential treatment, outpatient treatment, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), recovery housing, peer support, case management, and other recovery-focused services that help individuals build lasting recovery. We appreciate the opportunity to learn more about their programs and strengthen the partnerships that help connect people to the care they deserve.
